  Billed me after saying I didn't owe anything. IN the past I always had a small co-pay, now he said no charge and then billed me the full amount without my signature on my card. Lied and said he told me I might have to pay in full. when I tried to call i was left on hold forever. The poor office staff have to lie for him and cover for him - I guess they need their jobs.
  
  I just notified everyone in my insurance group about his sneaky billing. Stay away from anyone who uses your charge card information without permission.
