  DISHONEST. SCAM. AVOID. The individuals who work at this business, Bill Ruane and Ben Napikul, and also operate under the entity "NRB Contracting" have failed to deliver the kitchen cabinets that I ordered and paid for in March. They cashed the check that I provided to them on the day that the order was placed. The kitchen cabinets and shelves were never delivered. They have stopped responding to my calls and emails over 3 weeks ago. I recently demanded a refund for the couple of grand they took. No response.
  
  This business has effectively stole money from a customer and is refusing to communicate or refund what is not rightfully theirs. This is untrustworthy and corrupt behavior.
