  An oasis in downtown New Rochelle. It is directly across the street from the library but tucked in its own nook. The energy is quite positive. You have to attend the Weds intro class a few times before you can participate in any other of the sessions which are on Mon & Friday nights as well as Mon, Weds-Friday mornings. They also offer a special monthly class for those 18-35.
  
  In the summer, you can participate in the monthly reading groups which offer insight and application to Zen life.
